BioTech Selects U.S. Engineering Partner for Permitting and Design

BioTech has selected a U.S.‑based engineering partner to lead the permitting and front‑end design work for its initial slate of RNG plants. This firm will support environmental submissions, produce early civil and process engineering packages, and coordinate with state and county regulators as the projects progress.

Bringing an experienced engineering partner on board at this stage ensures that each site’s layout, utility routing, environmental controls, and core process systems are developed with precision and in alignment with regulatory expectations. This early engagement reduces downstream rework, accelerates approval timelines, and allows BioTech to maintain a consistent design philosophy across multiple state jurisdictions.

This partnership also ensures seamless integration of the advanced German digester process technology into U.S. engineering standards—supporting reliable long‑term operations and rapid replication of future plant sites.
