He previously served as Fleet Projects Manager, managing over $750M in CAPEX/OPEX for seven nuclear units and driving high reliability, regulatory compliance, and workforce optimization.
Stuart has 18 years of utility experience in the nuclear sector, serving as Responsible Design Authority for two nuclear units and leading regulatory affairs and regulator interface activities for seven nuclear units. He also served as Director of Projects for nuclear fleet life extension initiatives supporting plant operation to 100 years, where he established a $12.6 billion portfolio and built a 228‑person organization.
