BioTech Finalizes Development Agreement for Nebraska Site

With the signing of the agreement for Nebraska Site #1, BioTech has officially secured the land and initial pre development framework necessary to launch its first U.S. renewable natural gas (RNG) facility. This milestone marks the transition from early business development into active project execution.

The agreement also solidifies BioTech’s partnership with the host farming operation, which will supply the agricultural feedstocks used in the digestion process. With site control established, the project can now advance into permitting, engineering design, environmental studies, and geotechnical evaluation—laying the foundation for future construction.

This is the first facility in what will become a multi state portfolio of high efficiency anaerobic digestion plants designed to bring long term economic and environmental benefits to rural agricultural regions.
