BioTech Signs 10‑Year RNG Offtake MOU for Nebraska Site #1

BioTech has entered into a 10 year Memorandum of Understanding for the sale of renewable natural gas from Nebraska Site #1, securing a long term commercial pathway for the project’s production. The agreement includes a right of first refusal for additional BioTech sites, reflecting strong confidence in the company’s technology, feedstock strategy, and project execution model.

This long term offtake commitment strengthens the financial foundation of Nebraska Site #1 and enhances the bankability of BioTech’s first development bundle. It also provides crucial stability for revenue forecasting, environmental credit monetization, and investment structuring.

By locking in a decade long commercial partnership, BioTech continues to build the durable market relationships necessary to scale its renewable energy platform nationwide.
