BioTech Engages Consultant for Interstate Pipeline Interconnect Development

BioTech has engaged a specialized consulting firm to lead the development of interstate pipeline interconnect agreements for its upcoming renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities. These interconnects form the critical interface between each plant’s gas upgrading system and the broader U.S. natural gas transmission network.

The consulting partner will coordinate technical, regulatory, and commercial components of the interconnect process—including line sizing, pressure requirements, metering specifications, tariff considerations, and communication protocols with the relevant interstate pipeline operators.

This work ensures that BioTech’s facilities will meet all required specifications for safe and reliable gas injection while positioning the projects for seamless integration into long term offtake and revenue structures. The engagement marks another foundational step in preparing BioTech’s multi state portfolio for construction and commercial operation.
