BioTech has executed the development agreement for Nebraska Site #2, expanding the company’s project footprint in one of its highest value regions. This marks the second secured location in Nebraska within the first development bundle, reinforcing the strong partnerships built with local agricultural operators and community stakeholders.

With this agreement finalized, the project will now advance into permitting, engineering design, environmental fieldwork, and site specific feedstock planning. The addition of a second Nebraska facility supports the scalability of BioTech’s regional operating model, allowing shared logistics, coordinated construction sequencing, and optimized long term maintenance strategies across multiple sites. This milestone further strengthens BioTech’s multi state development pipeline and accelerates momentum toward initial construction.
